Is it impossible that those driving the car did something like try to speed by or off not knowing what was going on?

This is true. Once they are in legitimate danger they are supposed to fire till the threat is neautralized. Shooting a gun out of a perps hands or shooting to wound is generally a Hollywood thing. There have been accounts of it but only in unusual circumstances.

Speeding away from what? Please read the options carefully and tell me which one you actually believe since you don't believe its mistaken id as the police your defending and trust have openly stated and told you.

And running from the police still does not warrant deadly force of any kind, you should know that as well since you work with them.

This is what your implying that

a. the two asian women who were delivering papers pulled a firearm and opened fire on two cops sitting in their car

which we know is not the case because they weren't fired upon.

b. (and this is the only really possible thing you could believe) that the two asian women who were delivering papers doing their jobs, passed two police officers, decided **** those pigs who are just sitting there, threw the truck into reverse and gunned it at them to try to run them down. In reverse.
