Because if someone buys it, then doesn't want it and they are made to order to sell theirs they are probably going to have to come down in price. Also any retailers who may buy them to sell and they have ones that don't after a year they will lower the price to move it.

It's possible, but I don't think what you're describing will happen enough to lower the price significantly. It would require a lot of people making a bad purchase. And most retailers probably aren't going to invest in this unless they have a buyer lined up first.

It will happen, always does. Maybe not A LOT but there are always the people who over extend themselves then they have an emergency and need to off load stuff. Well if they want to offload and FAST they will probably have to have a pretty low price. You just have to keep an eye out for good deals and one will come, or you just pick one up a year or two later when this is still open.

Of course it happens. I have one on order at an AD. If I don't sell Doom or if in hand pics come through that look horrible and I cancel, I still lose 10% but the AD is stuck with the piece. They'll have to get rid of it eventually where some discounts might come.
