bodie is now a meterosexual with all the other mac fanboys....

I have the 27" as well. It's nice having a computer with the hard drive in the monitor, that way my kids aren't messing with it. And I do not miss a PC! I never had anything but problems with Windows.

When is the update?.. i got a pretty good deal on the i7 3.4 processor. good enough for me. my pc was seven years old, time to update. big selling point was the mac can turn into a pc with the click of a button. didnt know they did that.

I use to be a Mac hater, and a PC worshiper.

One day I got an iMac.

Now I am a PC hater, and a Mac worshiper.

Isn't that how it usually ends up going? My first Mac was an iMac. One of those colourful fishbowl ones that someone posted in an aforementioned post in this very thread. lol

I have had 2 Mac Book Pros (15" late 2008 model and the late 2011 17"), I still own a dual 1.8 GHz G5 PowerMac station from 2005. And then my 400 MHz G3 iMac from 2000.

I've used Linux since Redhat 5.1, which was the late 90's. I occasionally run XP in a virtual machine so I can open a citrix remote connection. Otherwise I loathe Windows.

I like a lot of things about Mac (it is a UNIX after all) but they are so damn over-priced. I could build a Frankenmac on PC hardware with less style but better system specs for less money.
