From my understanding, Iminime are doing custom clothing for this figure (I believe Marf was talking about how the vest was being tweaked once), and the gun is a new sculpt, while the shoes and holsters--though outsourced--are also custom made. Is any of this incorrect? I'm not sure how any of what, say, Rainman does is very different in that sense.

You are correct! The clothing (poncho, vest, shirt, pants, scarf) is all custom. The boots were outsourced but were custom made for this project, and require additional in-house work (weathering/attaching spurs). The belt/holster, while also outsourced and not necessarily custom made for this project, does still require some in-house modification as well.

I'm not in the know so this is all speculation but if Sheriff and Ctossbow Hunter were suppose to come out in july and got pushed back then all other figures get pushed back to finish the earlier projects ie TWD guys
