If the eyes are correct in color to the actor then they should be done in that way, the lighting will make it lighter or darker regardless. In certain scenes it can be both depending on the light or film grain in the scene.

I do see where you’re coming from, and I do agree up to a point.

But I defy anyone to find a shot from the Batman where his eyes appear that light. Blue yes but not that crystal blue the current demo model has.

No I agree it's only a few scenes where you see a bit of light but even then they appear darker blue. I meant InArt should keep it accurate to the way it's seen in film.

This was talked about in page 223, but basically adding the filter to this colored eyes isn’t going to work. The contrast is gone.

The only way to have the white around the eyes is to darken the iris. Also 99% of the movie he had a darker eye color.

The 1% was from this scene.

All they have to do is put the Bruce Wayne eyes on the Batman one🤷 Not sure why they decided to change it’s also easier to mass produce if it’s the same color.

I'm definitely sure they'll fix it. I imagine most of these are made in batches and then hand painted by Viper's team, plus I think they'll be fixing the magnetic bases.

What’s one more comparison picture?

Newly surfaced image of Hot Toys Batman displayed at Tokyo Comic Con, December 8-10, 2023 vs INART Batman from the Shanghai Wonder Festival back in October 2023.

Hot toys really stepped up.. I prefer the cowl from HT from these two prototypes. More stuble, darker iris etc. Also the shoulder pad is more accurate its really supposed to be more glossy like HT. You really can't go wrong with either at this point.

However, HT eyes are too far apart it doesn't resemble Pattinson at all. Inart has a big chance to set things right.

I think you cant go wrong with either, both look great and both will display nicely in a shelf. I do however prefer the colouring and proportions slightly more in the IA version though.

I have both of these on pre-order, and was planning on cancelling the Hot Toys version, but I wanted to wait until I saw the actual production figure.
The proportions on the InArt still look better, but the HT does look really solid, and I think I honestly like the unmasked HT sculpt more.

Hot Toys version still screams more "toy-like" to me with the overall proportion. Especially in this full body photo, he looks so small and squashed down proportionally. Almost like a kid. INARTs version looks more like an adult if that makes sense. Only thing I like better on the Hot Toys version is the shinier shoulder plate, I think INART has it too matte on theirs. Both will probably turn out great and I imagine if you wanted the best of the best version, you will need to mix and match between the two.

The shoulder'chest area makes the biggest difference. HT's head is big. HT's shoulder cape tailoring is messy compared to Inart. And that Inart collar is accurately shaped and prominent.
Yes exactly. The very narrow shoulder/chest on Hot Toys, emphasizes the head size, making it look big proportionally to the body, giving it a more "kid" look compared to INART.
