i would prefer it be $350 shipped but my instincts tell me it will be $350 and $380 shipped. Hopefully the EX nameplate is cooler than the one that came with the maquette!

I

Would love to see that!

Cheers,
Neo.

Here you go...

You be the judge, granted this LSB is even smaller than what they are offering now for sale next week
Dont forget the new light up and added arm/fist

IMandLSB.jpg

For the IM 1:2 costs 1500-2K, yes you bet your rear end its worth the price!
(Legacy license accounted for)

LOL! blah:blah:blah

Are you still at it!
:horse:

If only prices of materials were cheaper these days.
This is very small next to the new LSF

I tell you what, why dont I take a picture for you? Do you want to see LSB next to the IM 1:2?

You don't know how large this will be in comparison to the LSF. Even the Wolverine LSB is larger then the LSF and they're supposed to both be 1:2. Sure, take plenty of pictures, just don't forget your pom poms.

i am a bust n00b. Can someone explain why some of the busts are so cheap in $200-400 range, while others like the vader cost $1000?!?!

what's the big difference? how can you tell a $1000 vader bust vs something like this $350 im bust? they all look the same quality to me. The IM actually looks better...

Confusing ???

if SS added a left arm, legs and a base, this would cost $1600 more :slap. Just shows how overpriced LSF's are when SS prices something like this. $350 is my guess too, same as the Pred LSB.

I just want to quote this. Definitely post of the month lol.

:slap

Ok just for you.
I will be one of the first to get both.
So let me take plenty of pics for you side by side.
Before then how about a backstage pass at the SDCC 2102 then in a few months, with full pics and review :)

I may even take my pom pom's to take pics with ;)

Two different busts. There's life size which is 1:1 then legendary scale which is 1:2

Not me. That the only IM collectible that I'll buy is from the movie. I can't stand the comic looking IM.

+1 i never liked the comic ironman, looks like muscle man wearing red tights not armor. The movie full armor version is where it's at :rock The only reason i got the ss classic ex was because of the awesome sculpt of him holding the american flag, very unique.

It's unbelievable if you guys think about it, he was a MINOR hero not a lot of people cared about him. Then the first movie came out along with downey's good portray and he suddenly became one of the top heroes :horror

And what's even more unbelievable is ALL this time and popularity, sideshow has only made ONE movie ironman statue, and even that was a legacy creation not really one of their standard release.. SS continue to churn out tons of other crap, but still refuse to make a standard movie ironman PF or anything. :cuckoo:

You talking about the 1:2 statue?

There's been the IM2 Iron Man and WM Maquettes & they did the 1:1 bust too and BD bust too

I'd prefer if sideshow made a comic book armour in the realistic tone of the films

little Sneak for you guys :wave

I've played a bit on the Statue Forum Banner...

Good one, aslan.

That's too bad, though, I prefer the way Marvel LSBs are just cut off in half, but I guess an elevated pedestal is the only way to go when you're incorporating an arm. Hopefully that'll make for some low arm positions further down the line. If there is a line, mind you.

By the way, he's very likely to have a light-up feature both in his eyes and chest, but do you guys think his repulsor will light up, too? He'd look like he was interrogating himself. :monkey1

I must say that the LSF is a commanding piece indeed and holds its own. Sure its a bit expensive but I would love having it in my collection.
Will have to see it a side-by-side comparison to the Mark VI LSB.

Yeah, That'd look weird in a way! Maybe he's practising palmistry! :D

Cheers,
Neo.
