Me too Chris could've cancelled it soon after I received the XM MK42 but the lack of light feature on an Iron Man piece was something that I just couldn't live with and so I sold it earlier this week so its refreshing to see Sideshow actually tweak the RDJ portrait which for me makes the overall piece more anticipated

I agree...I'm so happy they re-did this headsculpt...I really think its one of the best likeness they have ever done! I wish we could say the same for the Iron Patriot headsculpt

I was actually planning on buying this to see if i could sell my XM XLII but theres no way. The XM piece is phenomenal and i already dont like what I see in pics for the SS. Its not a bad piece by any means but the XM beats it in every way, lights or no lights. No i'm not an XM fanboy.

It's really weird. I don't understand who, in their right mind, thought it was a good idea to churn out statues with these silly pedestals. It's not just this line, they're doing it also with other statues (Vampirella, Boba). I never thought I would have seen something more unsettling than the damn name plaques slapped here and there back in the days... but I'd rather have a plaque than any of these ridicolous pedestals/underbases/bowls.

Well I just sent my XM Iron Man MK42 to my good friends and YouTube statue reviewers 'Radd Titan' for a quick review before I send it off to its new owner...there is no doubting that the statue is total quality, that I cannot deny...but for me, i just can't overlook the fact it has no light features you know me Satosh, I'm a small Iron Man fan so for me it is essential to have my Iron Man Collectibles light up. I thought long and hard abt it but in the end I definately made the right decision. By the way, once the guys edit the video review I'll post it up on the XM MK42 thread

Really glad your happy with it...there's certainly no denying that the XM is a phenomenal piece

Hopefully this 1/4 statue does not have the same paint issues that some are not happy about with the full size mark 42 life size bust.

Maybe this one comes from a different factory than the 42 life size bust

I sold my LSF IM VII, what a relieve phewwwww..... WW and SUperman is the only 2 PO I got from SS that I havent recieve. AFter that, I'll just wait and see when they are in hand. No more PO, its like buying a cat in a bag. Surprise surprise when you get it, and can't refund it, hahahaha.
