As much as l like the MKVI, it looks somehow more plastic and less mechanical to me. Could be the paint.

Really? I have the mark VI and saw the 42 and II in person at SDCC and the VI looks WAY more metallic IMO. What we need is someone to post both side by side under decent lighting. Regardless of design preference, the VI is still the best 1/4 scale movie IM statue out there to date...in my humble opinion:lol

Just from the pics I've seen and even paint design. The MKVI has those grey areass that look way more plastic than metal IMO.

MKVI is indeed one of the best 1/4 Scale Iron Man but don't underestimate the quality of the MKI :love that piece is up there too

Yeah the quality of all 3 of them were amazing but I've just never liked the Mk. I so passed on it. Just too low tech, and I understand that is the appeal for some, but I like the high tech looks.

Mark VI maquette owns you bro

Well, since I'm not 15, I'm not to worried about being owned by a statue bro.

Anyway, I have no issues with the MKVI as a whole. Just said from some of the pics that parts of it look a bit plastic. Didn't say the thing sucks because it doesn't.

Did not many people order this? Usually threads are filled with in hand pics, and a couple video reviews on youtube. Nothing so far.
