nope, real deal. It also showcases the updated base that will be on the modern version as well.

That's pretty sweet, and the updated base is perfect. But which one to get? I already have the Hard Hero classic Iron Man statue, and I assume these are about the same scale. So which would go better with it, the red/gold or stealth modern version?

i went with bowen modern and hard hero stealth myself, reason was, i actually did not see the bowen stealth before i ordered the hard hero.
but i'm still happy with it, since the bowen stealth looks more like a repaint to me, with a very similiar if not the same base. where as the hard hero has a different look to it, and of course way different base.
i guess i'll see when i get them if i made the right choice.

ps. they are each going to flank my sim, along with my minnie cosbabies standing gaurd along the front.

Has anybody received theirs yet? From in-hand pics I've seen it doesn't appear as though the stealth base (ie. translucent flames) got used in the regular modern version, which is too bad.
