Oh man, I'm so freaking Happy right now....... Thought that I never gonna have the Ex. ver.
Actually I have bought the Reg. ver. from my LCS last week, now I own both Reg. & Excl. ver of ISM

My spiderman arrived with several scratches and rubs. Does anyone know how long it takes Sideshow to reply back to a Returns request. It has been almost 5 business days since I emailed them.

It's been taking a lot longer recently.

I ordered the exclusive. They will be replacing the body only. Here's part of the email I got.

"Thank you for taking the time to contact our Returns Department. We are so sorry to see that your item arrived flawed!

We wanted to follow up with you today to confirm that a replacement order has been booked for the Iron Spiderman BODY ONLY. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your replacement order to ship at no cost to you."

Well, I'm happy to say I got a MINTY FRESH Iron Spidey ex replacement today

Even though SS sent it to the WRONG address after I SPECIFICALLY told them not to, I finally got this in my hands....

#411/750. Really smooth and awesome piece

Too bad I don't have the room to display this in my rinky dink student apartment..... I'm only going to be displaying the Leonidas ex PF on my desk

Either they are using Regulars as replacements since its only the body (highly unlikely though), or they are only replacing the ones that are really bad.
