:lol :lol :lol it's too dark in loft/cave, so I do the best I can with my keyboard.

I need to by a LED keyboard but I love the darkness muuaaaah haaaa haaaaa:emperor:emperor:emperor:emperor

I'm just messing around. I had to take a quick break from studying.....but, back I go. :wave

Well, I'm happy to say I got a MINTY FRESH Iron Spidey ex replacement today

Even though SS sent it to the WRONG address after I SPECIFICALLY told them not to, I finally got this in my hands....

#411/750. Really smooth and awesome piece :D

Too bad I don't have the room to display this in my rinky dink student apartment..... I'm only going to be displaying the Leonidas ex PF on my desk :rock:rock:rock

But here's a couple quick shots

Hi Chris, congrats for your replacement :chew
Is it really flawless?

My body's replacement will be here in 12-15 days !!!!

Thanks you Jaclyn ^^

My replacement is due to be sent out any day now, but if by chance this one is damaged as well, I'm definitely go to file for a "body replacement," rather than replacing the whole thing.

Asking for a body replacement is the right choice i think.
SS haven't exclusive base anymore, but i think they have a "lot" of ISM body.

Can't wait to have the "perfect statue".

If you send a piece back for a replacement, do you get the SAME edition number back, or a different one? (I'm pretty sure you would have to get the same # back to avoid discrepancies in the numbering system, but nonetheless, I wanted to ask.)

I actually got a DIFFERENT edition # back..... I first got #91/750 and my replacement was #411/750....... I'm pretty sure

I woulda thought that you would get the SAME edition # back as well, but I swear I had #91...... Or maybe that was my Spiderman PF ex :lol

*edit* I got the SAME # back ;)

Seriously? Wow, now I'm very interested. I remember the edition number that I sent back, so I'm curious to see what will return! :horror

And Chris, congrats on the minty freshness! Hold on to that one dearly! :rock

Thanks!

Oh boy, the infamous question...............:lol Well, if you've been collecting for a while then you will know that NOTHING is ever 100% flawless. The replacement had TINY little imperfections, but NOTHING to take away from the quality and presence of this piece. There was one little SPECK of dust painted over on the inner portion of the left leg, and maybe a TINY little "scratch"? I mean, just MINUTE little things that you would never even SEE unless you were inspecting this thing for SEVERAL minutes! When you've been collecting for a while, you just CAN'T be THAT nit picky about TINY TINY little details like that. But if there are BIG flaws (*cough* Iron Man 1:1 bust! *cough*) then you can complain all you want.

So all in all, this just reinforces my little saying:

*Don't sweat the petty stuff, pet the sweaty stuff* :peace

Hands down the BEST advise i've yet to see given in this forum since I've been a proud member.

And for that I salute you.....:duff

Whoops!!! Scratch what I said Mike...... I checked, and I DID actually originally receive #411/750.......

My bad :lol

So you should be getting the SAME edition # back.... It looks like they just fill in the replacement # of whatever edition # you got :D

Some flaws are not visibled in pictures but in "real life" it's horrible...

This is why I won't comply when SSC customer service asks for pictures. If it's not too noticable in the pic, they can tell you that you have to pay for shipping if you want to return or exchange it.

Some of us are not photographers and have a hard time catching scuffs and such in pictures..

Wow... my Ex edition number is #92... I'm lucky that there's no problem with it. ;)
