I was going to get the Tony snap statue but I think I'm going to pass. $150 is pricey especially for the size of this. Maybe if I get a SSC coupon down the road.

Kinda annoys me they keep showing off the tony snap statues with the gauntlet all lit up. Has anyone seen confirmation that it actually has a light up feature? I couldn’t find anything in the info on the preorder page.

I don't know for sure but the fact they DON'T mention it means (at least to me) that there is no light up feature (although if there was one, it may explain the high price of the statue). Thinking about it again, this statue should be around $100-$110. I mean, there really isn't much there. The $40-$50 extra dollars is just greed IMO.

Yea I am inclined to agree. As of now, I'm passing on this.

Respect the stance as I tend to agree that they've edged up their prices due to popularity and are gouging us a bit. It is a business, so I can't really fault them for it as an Endgame opportunity only comes along so often. I will not be passing on this as I know I'll want it to round out my 1/10 collection and I think the aftermarket on this will be salty once it's sold out.

It’s obviously the Endgame Tony tax, but honestly that alone isn’t going to stop me from getting this piece. With all the amount I spend on other crap $40 isn’t going to break the bank.

But at the same time my collection is winding down, or at least I won’t be making all that many statue preorders in the future. But because of production timelines and expected delays, I’ll probably still be in this game for another 2 years before I completely bow out.

Me too. I have the vast bulk of the 1/4 and 1/10 Iron Studio Endgame pieces on preorder, but only a handful of the Hot Toys. I’ve been long out of space and yet I still have way too many Prime 1 pieces incoming.

I have absolutely no self control. For the sake of my wallet I need both the MCU and DCEU? etc to just die.

Nice, that’s good to hear and definitely justifies the price bump a bit more. I never use light up features so it doesn’t do much for me but glad IS stepped up on this

Agree. That does help justify the higher cost. I don't know. I may end up ordering this after all. Sometimes I get antsy if I haven't ordered anything in a while
