You are over thinking it, if you like to think like that then you must be wondering why Iron Man ever got into close combat right? if you are not... then you just disliked the movie :lol

To me, it was perfect, in every way :love I love the Suits, I love that Pepper finally does something and that Killian ended up being a badass

(if you ever feel like watching the movie you'll notice the Extremis soldiers had a hard time fighting the suits, if the entire fight was 1 E. soldier vs 1 Suit, most of the suits would be ok, remember some of them were not made for a huge fight)

Couldn't agree more. There were a lot great scenes in this movie that I really enjoyed. i didn't go into the movie looking to pick it apart with a fine tooth comb but rather just enjoy the ride and take it all in. Not being a comic book loyalist, the twists weren't a problem for me.

:exactly:

Thats how people should see a movie like this, I saw it twice thats why I'm more into details now but it was a great ride, it was good to see Tony change and become a completely different man

Thought so, but some keep saying it had more screen time. I think they are confusing it with another suit...

So which suits did Tony get in/try to get in in that final fight with Aldrich? I was trying to pay attention and could only make out Shotgun?

I'm down for a Silver Centurion. People on this forum always ask about a definitive IM suit. This isn't a bad one to considering the comic book run this suit had. It's one of the most historic of all the suits.

Id love that suit, especially because A) tony wears it in the movie (didnt wear the HB or RS) and B) we have an Iron Monger !!

I'm not getting many, or any, of the secondary suits - but I'd be all over a Silver Centurion suit. To me, it is the definitive non-red/gold suit.

Wasn't it red/gold in the movie? Maybe I'm thinking of my Son's book.

no it was silver, though with all the god damn explosions and extremis troops glowing some oranges and red may have reflected off it making it look gold :lol

Yeah, it was hard to see the silver but it was there. I want that armor so bad!

Scariest moment in MCU:

Savin shows up behind Stark while Stark is talking to the Mandarin.

Never failed to incite a shriek from someone in the audience in the three times I watched it.

I really want Savin to get made even if it's just an extra headsculpt for IP.

Since the only requirement to be part of a twist in MCU now is to be a legacy character in the franchise, how bout this guy cast as "The Mandarin" for what they were going for in IM3?

Let's look at the qualifications........:lol

Has sat in a chair.....check!

Enjoys drugs and tobacco................check!

Womanizer...........check!

Appeared like or in Iron man in marvel comic..........check!

:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

Yup. Checks out!

Damn "Howard the Duck" was a trainwreck of a movie. HAHAHAHA.
