I finished my Gunn headsculpt. The last tweaks were to his cheeks and lips. I'm pretty happy with it and it feels done, so I guess Gunn is... er, done.

Here are some pictures of it on a SS Buck body and wearing most of the Saturday Toys hostage outfit (swapped out the jeans for the darker version from same company, and Dragon boots because the Buck's feet are the sculpted version and are huge).

Normally I'd just go ahead and make a mold to cast copies of it but turns out I ran out of rubber so I thought I'd check first to see if there's any interest in folks buying a copy, see if it's worth buying new mold/resin. LMK by PM or here. I figure it would be worth doing if 5 people are interested. Costs for the first five would be $16 a pop, (that includes shipping worldwide, but the head would be unpainted). Anyway, just a feeler, I wouldn't ask for payment until the heads are cast but don't want to blow $60 on mold and resin unless I know I'll use it.

Meanwhile, I'm going to start work on a hubcap axe.

Where may I ask did you get those boots from? I need a pair just like that for another custom I want to do, and I can't seem to find them anywhere, so any pointers would be very much appreciated.

are the buck's hands really that shiny? you can always try to find a different body. maybe a african american truetype from hot toys. though they are kinda difficult to track down. have to try ebay. i was gonna go with the buck since they are still available on SS's site and i have a giftcard.

Spray them down with Testor's dullcote and it will give them a completely matte finish.
