Unless it is some more cool trooper variations like the Sniper! Something like that could ship fairly quickly!

Alright... this is actually moving along far too slowly for me.

I feel that we should be getting a new figure every other month.. that's only 6 a year.

I skipped the sniper (pointless repaint in my opinion), so the only figure I've received from this year is Duke. I feel like we are atleast 2 behind already.

I've got a spot waiting for Firefly, Beachhead, and Flint... come on already!

In addition I feel the greatest fear I have with this line is losing people's interest with releases every 4 months or so.

This is a property with alot of great characters and I literally want to see all of 82-86 released, and a few from 87-89.

Hell, I would even be happy with a re-release of the regular trooper with a new head sculpt just to add variety to the Trooper ranks! (edit - of course I mean that as a worse-case-scenario just to keep out appetites whetted until another release or another figure shipping)

OR... take that same principle and give our Cobra squads a SAW Viper. We've already gotten the trooper, officer and sniper. Though, this is probably one I'd want Sideshow to definitely update. No bright purple trooper for me.

Obviously that isn't going to happen. You can probably look to the characters who appeared in Resolute as a pretty close template to who'll we'll see from SSC before the line ends. Anyone else is gravy.

Pretty much. Unless it's a Marvel product, all other licenses (LOTR, SW, G.I. Joe) have been fairly slow.

We've got four slated for this year already: Duke's already shipped, Firely is next, then Flint and Beachhead. Only two more figures and Sideshow hits their stated 6-7 figures in 2010 (correct me if I'm wrong, I can't recall Sideshow's actual statement). With Firefly and Flint scheduled to ship in 3rd quarter, that leaves three figs in 4th quarter, Beachhead and whatever two figs they release.
