Story should come first; if the writers invisioned Bell coming back, recast the part. If not, then we will see.

While the ending was obvious, I still enjoyed the hell out of it.

Great finale, although bringing back the wrong Liv was very predictable. And that she didn't have to use her power to open the portal was something of a copout.

Loved the alt-U DC comic books on Walternate's walls - the Death of Batman, Superman in the style of Dark Knight Returns, Red Lantern, Red Arrow - and then the real cover of Justice League International, but as just the Justice League (I think). Very clever and high on the geekometer.

Honestly, when the second season started--with Olivia bursting through the car windshield, I thought at that time that it was alternate universe Olivia. It would have been interesting then, but this is still pretty good.

All that was VERY COOL! I have to admit I geeked out when I saw that! :lol

Well I think Peter is going to figure that out especially since alternate Livvy is not aware that her and Peter had made out. Plus she has a boyfriend waiting for her on the other side.

Damn, that was about as solid a season of TV as you can ask for! And the 2 part finale was excellent. Great way to set up next season.

Now, bring on TRUE BLOOD :rock :rock :rock :rock

Man, wish I felt the same. The 1st half of Fringe felt weaK; Charlie was gone, Sister and neice were gone, the red head lady from M.D. was gone for first half......it felt like Fringe lite with all those 'monsters of the week' eps...........2nd half was highly improved...

Dying to get started with True Blood season 2

There were certainly some throw away episodes in there, but I felt the season as a whole was pretty solid. Even the filler episodes were all pretty damn good imo, except for that kahkah one a few weeks ago.

just saw the finale last night. Damn this is a great show. Between this, House, Stargate Universe, Caprica, V.... there's some great telly on at the moment :D

Yeah I just saw the end of season two last night.
Emmys and Golden Globes should be showered on this show, especially John Noble who is amazing

The cast was on a panel at last year's NYCC, which was almost impossible to get into. Later on John Noble was at a tables signing autographs and he was one of the nicest, most approachable celebrity at the show. He wasn't rushing anyone along and just seemed to be enjoying the entire experience.

Can't wait for the next season of this show. Ever since X-Files ended I'm been waiting for another show to fill that void and Fringe has been everything I would have hoped for.

I really hope we eventually get an X-files cross over episode. I think one of the first Fringe episodes hinted at the x-files and I'm pretty sure there was one of the shape-shifter episodes that had an x-files episode playing on a tv. It would be great if they could expand this universe by making it the same universe as the x-files. Just repace the alternate universe with the alien conspiracy and its basically the x-files anyway. Not that I'm complaining. I love both shows!

I don't know about that. I don't think they should cross the streams. Could lead to some convoluted and confusing stories. I'd be down for a crossover only if it's a cameo or a one-off episode.
