Though that would be awesome the posses of the body should be completely different given the different styles of the two artists. Romita and Bagley would be a better fit.

McFarlane is alright, but before another blue/red and a movie version (which I will definately not buy) I want Symbiote, Scarlet, 2099 and/or FF. And if it's going to be a blue/red version I'd really like a classic with the classic Peter Parker portrait switch-out head.

Someone said that Spidey leg was probably an older piece, but since this video is for this year, and includes pieces not released yet, this appears to be a new Spidey.
This looks like it could be work in progress for the upcoming Spidey Classics. Maybe.
Also, the art in the background suggests a different possible Classic Spidey being worked on. Who knows what it could be. Maybe part of a rio, the next PF, who knows.
One thing of note SS said in regards to their Star Wars Mara Jade PF is that they'll start a project, and often let something sit before eventually returning to it. They seem to truly have no time table for works in progress. That Spidey production art in the background very well might not hit for years from now, Especially since they have the bronze coming. They might change that, or scrap that and go with something different.

It is a nice catch... The only thing I will say is that the foot in his hand has the black lines of the costume were the bronze doesn't have those lines

Maybe. Maybe not. You hope it's not, but you don't really know. I think the leg is the Classics bronze, but I could be wrong. But that concept art in the background is definitely something different.
Like they recently stated with the Adam Hughes Mara Jade PF concept they just revealed, they might take years working on a project because they'll stop working on it, and eventually return to it and finish it. It's possible a new 1/4 Spidey could be in the works now, but won't be final and go up for Pre Order until years from now when they feel like doing it. Or, since it's WiP, or just concept art, what little we see may never come out...
For example, this piece...what happened to it? From what I gathered it was shown in 2010 and nothing ever came of it...
