Thanks! :)

Very nice! You just to put some kind of archway in the background and you've got the throne room down.

Thanks.

I know I need to do something with the background. I have plans to do something in the future, just have to find the time to do it.

Very nice setup. How did you do the steps on the side?

Thanks. Duane (Enaud) did those steps for me a couple of years ago. They are made from some sort of foamcore. They are light, but very sturdy.

Hi chris,

Absolutly love it. Did you repaint the garmorean yourself? Looks great!

What all did you do to the Gammys? I can tell you did the neck mod and a repaint. They look fatter to me and maybe added cloth to the backs of the heads?

Thanks guys.

I did repaint both Gammorean Guard heads. I also did the neck mod, but did not add any padding or anything to the bodies. I did add some cloth to the back of the helmets, Im not sure why Sideshow left that part out.

After a little work, the Gammy's can really look fantastic. Sideshow just dropped the ball with the paint apps.

Awesome pictures of Jabba guys! One day I will own Jabba and his Throne but as for right now he'll have to wait to enter my collection.

Hi chris, do you have closeups of the repaint? Also what neck mod. Just got two of these guys recently.

Is there a way to get the arms and legs stronger? They are floppy.

I think there are some closeups in the Gammy thread. I remember posting some pics there a while back.

The neck mod is pretty simple. You basically take the head off, remove the rubber ring around the neckhole and place the head back on. This allows the head to sit lower on the body. There are detail pics of this process also in the Gammy thread.

If you cant find any of this Robert let me know, I will sort out some pics for you. :)

The Aliens in the background are nice .. are these HASBRO figures? do u switch the body?

Thanks. Those are custom figures that I have done over the years.

Thanks for the tips on the neck. Can't find your thread on them though.

Thanks just found the pics of the repaint. Did you repaint the eyes as well or just the snout area?

Ok. Those are some old pics. I have done some touchups since I took those. I didnt repaint the eyes. I repainted the snout area, added gloss for drool effect and lightened the green on the rest of the sculpt.

Cool, what type of cloth did you use and did you glue it?

Also the neck. I've read different stories. Which method would you recommend?

Thanks

As far as cloth goes, I cut up a spare Sideshow jedi robe I had lying around. I just glued it to the back of the helmet and folded it until I got the look I was wanting.

Neck mod, I removed the neck post and made the hole at the base of the head larger with a dremmel. The head now just rests on the shoulders. Kinda hard to explain, but pretty simple.
