Only issue is that my throne box was damaged. Gouges during shipping. I don't intend to ever sell him so it is not a
big deal. Should I contact SS for another box?

I had the same thing, the throne was fine... but there was a fist sized gouge in my box. I think I'm going to ask for a replacement. I have not intention of selling my either, but I'm keep the box so I can move the figure in the future and I might as well have an undamaged box.
