Killing Floor should've been first though. One Shot was good indeed, but you have to meet the character first. Plus, Killing Floor had that badass scene in the prison where he ripped a dude's eyeball out. Reacher's the ____.

I am pathetic I have read 'em all... a few multiple times. . The Jack Reacher series and John Sanford's "Prey" series are my favorite books to read.

Although, I don't remember a giant rock explosion of any kind in the book....

The film takes place 80% in the city, with the final 10% in an abandoned house with The Zec. But hey, I don't expect a 100% reproduction of the novel. I'm cool with changes. As long as the feel of the story is the same. And it looks pretty close.

I knew it was real when I saw the van, and James Barr, the dude in the hospital. So that's a real good sign.

I didn't say that. I said the theme tune of Jack Reacher just seemed like a slower paced re-hash of the Mission Impossible theme tune. That's the vibe I got anyway when I watched it.
