Soldier Story bodies also look half-decent and can be had relatively cheaply on eBay.

I've bought two real Hot Toys TrueTypes recently, a slim and a regular and I knew I was paying a premium, but I just wanted that extra level of quality. The first is to rebuild a Medicom Henry Jones and the second if for a new custom I'm creating. The next ones I purchase will probably be Soldier Story, also for a couple of other customs.

You said the knock off narrow shoulder T type or knock off will work for bond . But is that the body you have and won't it still be too big for the "cone head " craig head ?

That head is nice but dropping $150 when is all said and done is scary

I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't figure out how to rotate images taken on an iPad correctly

I'm holding off for news on the BBKill sculpt. Not liking that head's proportions at all and the likeness isn't even a home run in my eyes. The coneheaded appearance might be contributing to that.

Solid custom though and I'm pleased to know you're happy with it! That suit looks better on your custom than the official pics where it's sold.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't figure out how to rotate images taken on an iPad correctly

iPad images are marked with an image rotation tag automatically - you should never have to rotate them unless the sensor in the iPad was tripped up because of the way it was held when taking the photo. If it appears correctly on the iPad the problem is the software elsewhere. If it appears the wrong way on the iPad you have to fix the rotation first. To do that you just press the EDIT button while viewing that image in the built-in "Photos" program and then press the rotation button one or more times.

I like this tough crowd . Skyfallers wakey wakey cone head reporting to duty with eye for details is good for this hobby , we just might get the DC sculpt we want. But for now this , prob just my pics inhand not really look as cone headed

Very nice pics.I'm hardly looking for same body, but need to be shure which one to buy.Tt narrow shoulders seems to wide.Maybe it's slimm?I didn't found any "alpha bodies", but there are triad toys figures.I know it's not your trouble, but, dear Desisandy, could you make fore me naked figures pics please.In Craig case i already have a lot of stuff what i don't use(heads, clothes), so i'm afraid to buy one more to big body.Yours figure looks great in may opinion

I undress may Natchans figure.It's same body as in link you found for me,Rodger..And it's to big fore simplz.To wide shoulders and to"fat" neck.Maybe original tt narrow is smaller?That's way i am so obsess with Des figure.I need exactly the same.

Yes gido that's the body Roger posted at the top ,the narrow look. But the toy city suit is what's helping it a better fit.not really that many really good suits available til now , the toy city suit is almost custom quality. but toy city beet shoes shortens the height of the tt body , not nice look I swap to my pop toys shoe, any black shoe will prob do a good swap.

Also how u pose the figure helps a lot . I pose his head tilted slightly facing down and body side ways. If u futz the figure it always helps get a more desired look.

My pictures are all natural I don't edit pics, But I try and get the real life like effect, I almost never use flash, unless for showing as a flash pic. I played with my iPad yesterday and manage the recent pics , just starting to get the kind of desired effect from iPad , pity not rotated when I post .

From what I can tell Gido's looks like a Narrow TT and the head is definitely too small. However, if he were to use a smaller body the suits would look wrong because they are all tailored to fit Narrows or copies thereof which most other bodies are.

I'd ditch the Simplz head and hope something better comes out
