Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

For me it's brosnan (inigou sculpt) in his navy suit from Goldeneye, with an AKS-74u rifle and Daniel Craig (bbkills sculpt) in his grey Scotland suit with PPK.

The Goldeneye outfit is the only way to go for Brosnan imo. His first and best Bond film!

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

All this talk about the Toys City Tux... I was lucky enough to get one from Toy Anxiety last night during their 20% off Cyber Monday sale.

Haven't decided yet if I'm replacing the Dr No Connery tux or dying it for a Skyfall Craig. Eager to see the tailoring after all the reviews.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

How do people feel about taking an Agent Coulson and swapping the head to a Brosnan mould?

Although not screen accurate I feel there's something very Brosnan era about the Coulson outfit.

In general though there seems to be a lack of really good quality suits for the 1/6 market from looking on ebay. One thing that bothers me most are the shirts and hot the collars on many look so thick and bulky.

I think the Toys City suits are good quality for the price. I have a dark grey one for my Connery.

Oh yes, I remember that one now. Great work!

For some reason I always remember that outfit -- really looked sharp for the two shots. Indelible image.

I could have sworn someone once made a Madagascar pattern for his short sleeve shirt around here. Only other choice which is somewhat workable is that Mens Hommes shirt.

Greggo did a Madagascar Bond long time ago. I'm not sure it was ever offered.

Thank you mate!

Its my favourite scene in casino royale.

And as mighty jabba said, greggo did the madagascar outfit!

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Soak in water that has been boiled. Make sure neck is submerged but not the post. It softens the rubber enough so you can remove the head without damage. I've done this many times with no damage to body or head. Just go slowly and make sure head has soaked long enough to soften thoroughly.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Were you answering Gido!?

Old SSC Bond heads were solid resin, not vinyl, they're a lot harder to get off the post. The post on the Buck bodies is unique to it and no other head would really fit it. You're best off ditching the Buck and using a TT or equivalent.
