It looks glorious... but also a heckuva lot shinier than I was expecting. Did the factory spray on several coats of gloss at the end or something?

Yup, waaaaay glossier than what I was expecting. Maybe they're trying to smooth out the paint job?

That is some very harsh light driving directly down on it. Does look like they are tinkering with the finish now. But I would think the car does not reflect anywhere near that much in a normal display area. Going by the wheelchair that' s some commercial grade crazy fluorescent lit building, the worst of the worst lights. My eyes are watering thinking of being in such a place. lol.

They have been from all the in hand photos I've been seeing in the group. Unless if someone is planning on displaying this with very minimal lighting.

I think it'll be fine as long as you're not putting super bright light on it. Batman should be in the shadows
