Well, I posted one not even in the movie.
from the poster? I think we could make it so the big grin version has an option to have the cigar in his mouth? unless you guys are not wanting the big grin? (do you prefer more a sinister grin?)

My view (as a PO holder for the Catwoman double DX- so you can trust I'll put my money where my mouth is) is that the current two suggested sculpts for the Mayor version are two similar in that they evoke the same emotion. One big, OTT psychotic grin and another even bigger, OTTer psychotic smile.
Variance is the beauty of multiple headsculpts and, especially for Major Penguin, it would be great to see his more cunning, manipulative, and sinister side.
So the poster head with potentially removable cigar would get my vote. (Please no more polls!)
My ideal 4 heads from the proposed options
Mayor
1. Sinister poster grin
2. Psychotic 'I've got your nose' laugh
Sewer
3. Enraged scream
4. Drooling, defeated in death
I've always loved that poster look... and was disappointed that it was never in the movie (complete with monocle).

I really love the “You don’t really think you’ll win do you” look.
And for the smile I don’t love the poster smile, and I wouldn’t want a hole in his grin for the cigarette holder, correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t ever think he actually smokes in the film, I think it’s just on the poster. I prefer a smile like this.
Really excited for this and will definitely be going for the all out package.
Those two expressions work for a variety of scenes. I think those should be the gauge for the two Mayor heads. Just like the Fine Arts masks, one grim frown, one fiendish grin.

My 2-cents: going by the screen shot directly above the render, I think a little less lip, and ever-so-slight curve to the upper lip to help shape the grin... and a little more squint to the eyes, more evil glare.

Mayor Penguin - Sinister smile sculpt [with cigarette insert option] and sad face sculpt.
Sewer Penguin - Angry/Scream sculpt and dying bleeding mouth sculpt.
I think those options cover the most obvious scope of expressions [outside of a neutral sculpt].

Good choices, these two expressions get my vote. That first expression would work well with the monocle and cigarette holder.
Not a fan of wide eyes, reminds me too much of Uncle Fester. Like Wor-Gar mentioned, making the eyes more squinted would give him a more sinister look.
I love this one for the big grin main reference! thanks for all of the feedback, I think the first mayor head will be based on this now - I will adjust and amend the portrait! For the second mayor head I am still trying to figure out which is the most popular. I want 4 totally different heads in all so that you can swap and change if you have both figures

Here’s a rough edit I did on my phone:
-Lowered the brows (more “stern”)
-Slightly lengthened nose
-Squintier eyelids, darker eyeshadow
-Shrank lower lip, upturned smile slightly
-Raised nasolabial folds to meet corner of smile
It’s not a perfect edit, I’m not a sculptor, but maybe some of these notes could help? This is shaping up great. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

So, for the penguin, based on your feedback, we are working on 5 expressions to be divided over two releases, the mayor and the sewer versions of the penguin (and all included in the two pack). These would be the sculpts/expressions we would work on from now. We would rather not redo them again, so what do you think? The maniacal would also be compatible with the cigarette and cigarette holder as well as an optional monocle to be able to pose it chin down and tilted for the movie poster look

Fantastic! The neutral, angry, and maniacal are going to work so well for both mayor and sewer looks. Gross dying will be a lot of fun to pose. Sad is a good look, but clearly 5th place. So nice to have a company listen to feedback.

Joost, question on the "dying" expression: will we be getting a "battle damaged" sewer Penguin where that expression would work -- with all the blood and green muck? If so, I may very well display my sewer Penguin is that final death mode -- "Damn, I picked the cute one" with your umbrella.
