Your skills keep getting better and better, this last work looks very good.
Link's headsculpt looks a tad huge or maybe the neck is a little bit too thin.

THank you. I need to dremel the head more and bring it down more--I couldn't find the right tool. :monkey4

Those sculpts are really good Jessica :lecture.

I think that in the case of your Link sculpt must be more rounded and the eyes slightly smaller.

Good job !!:wink1:

Maybe if you add multiple layer on him it could balance the head.
Like a thicker chain mail + all those large belt can fix this.
And with the armbraces/gloves and some bigger boots will make him look much better.

OK. I will redo. Sometimes it's easier to start all over than to try to fix something. His shoulders are wide though...I'll try one more time to bring the head down lower and see if that improves the balance. If not, I will resculpt. And I want to re-do his leggings. Don't like the way the crotch is too low--hard to pose.

That darn Link. :monkey4

I think this guy will be fun to paint up.

I was able to successfully cast this guy. Yay!

Ashton's ninja turtle mask was a bust. It's cool though. There's time to fix it and I know what I need to do.

Resculpted his head as the first sculpt was too large and cartoony. Sculpted over his hands with Apoxie so he can wear fingerless gloves. Found a perfect stuffed animal with the most perfect hair, but Ethan has claimed it back...went to the thrift shop and found a stuffed lion with hair that may work...not as perfect as Ethan's horse, but I'm going to see how Link will look with real hair vs. sculpted hair. If he looks horrible, then I'll go and sculpt it in. Besides the stuffed lion was only $2 although I felt really bad slicing into him to scalpt it. I may even hair up an orangutan or two. I'll have to see how Link looks first.

Looking forward to seeing how this works out, Jessica. Your Link keeps getting more and more awesome!

OMG! I think it will work, even if the fur sucks. I really want to scalp Ethan's horse because that fur is finer (it's the same fake fur that Hot Toys uses for their gorillas)...I just dug out a recess of Link's hairline and tested out a swatch. I'm going to finish up the paint job of his face and smooth it out as best as I could, so that I can glue down the hair at last. Wow I'm so excited.

OK--here's how it looks. This is the 2nd batch of hair/fur I glued down. The first one was a mess. This one still needs more styling/cutting...

Lookin' good, Jess. He's coming together. Your ape sculpts on OSW are outstanding, btw.

Nice work !
Maybe the skin tone is a tad too dark. Especially with this blond hair, it seems very tan.
Can't wait to see the whole armory with the sword and the shield.

Finally finished this outfit! You'd think it would be simple--but the ample ****s made it very difficult. Somehow I avoided darts. I finished the edges so that copper wire can be threaded on the sides of the outfit to force the fabric to look like it's moving. I would add the wire myself but we dumped that wire during our last purge of crap.

This would make an awesome t-shirt:

OMG--the finish line is almost there for this 1:1 scale jacket. I'm so freaking excited. It's been riding my back like a rabid monkey for the longest time. I can now move onto my other stuff to do, like that 1:6 pair of boots for Mathilda, which I am still thinking of how to accomplish. This jacket is made out of wool--it's super heavy and it's very tiring to sew because it's heavy.
