He maybe waiting to see if you crack under the pressure.

My advice is just to wait. As long as you don't have a bank account connected to your Paypal account, you should be fine. If you do, then Paypal might try to withdraw funds from your bank if he files a claim and wins.

Similar thing happened to me recently. I sold a Popsalute Terminator. The guy recieves it, breaks the head off while trying to switch the heads. Keep in mind that I have never used the battle damaged head. The figure was in perfect condition. It was in original box that states heads were interchangeable. The guy now tells me I am the liar because I claimed the heads were interchangeable. I tell him I am not the macufacturer. He still claims it's my fault he broke the figure,WTF? I was selling it for 25.00, and he ended up paying 185.00 for it. And blames me, that he paid too much.

:rotfl:rotfl Thats awesome, hopefully you kept the emails as that would be all you'd need to win a dispute.

Did you ask for photos of the broken Predator.. And if it is lying he went overboard or the what's missing & broken. It's almost like he is taking the piss with how much is wrong with the shipment.

Good call...ask him for photos....

If he just parts them out (see his auctions) he can break the spear and still come out ahead on the deal.

My guess is he plans to part them out, but figures he can screw P!tu out of some $$$ before closing the deal.
