Guess ppl really don’t care about this release :lol

But, for those that do/might, in the latest JND news video, Daniel mentioned that while they initially weren’t confident in being able to do rooted hair for this due to the shorter hair and not looking realistic enough, they’ve now found a way to do it and implement it for this Bruce Wayne sculpt.

So, Type A pieces will come with 1 rooted hair head only while Type C option will come with two Bruce Wayne heads, one rooted and one fully sculpted.

They will release new pics and reopen POs on Friday, June 14th at 12pm Korea time
Interesting. I guess the feedback must have lit a fire under their @ss lol.

Really tempted to get a JND figure and see what it's all about. Got to be the right one though. But at this stage, there's not much I'm missing.

A battle damged T2, silicone skin, diecast endoskeleton, genuine leather would be perfect for what they do. I don't care if it's $1,500, I'd buy it.

Otherwise I'm not sure. Maybe a Joaquin Phoenix Joker in a more compact package since I had to pass on Inart's.

This. Either these guys or Inart even, I just want that 1/6 scale T2 set that has everything. I will also pay top dollar.

Wonder if HT is still holding the license hostage.

The bad photoshopping of the hair on the old photos is weird. Why not just take new photos or show what the hair is actually attached to?

Really solid bale sculpt that.
agreed. To me, it's the best mass produced TDK Bale sculpt around. Granted the price is super high, but not as high as a custom sculpt alone would be, comparatively speaking. However, looking at the new pics below, I can't tell if the sculpt has been altered or not along with the addition of the hair. Something doesn't look the same in these newer pics below.

True. I didn't notice in the wee early morning hours but it is more evident in the close ups now that I'm wide awake.

Here are what appear to be some non-photoshopped pics though by the looks.

I find this such a weird sculpt. When I zoom in and look at parts of the sculpt, I see a lot of Bale. But whenever a pic loads and I see it, the first thought is always Sam Rockwell instead of Bale.

Also, I feel JND doesn't quite understand yet how to cater to their customers. They charge what they charge, then a few months later announce that they are able to root the hair after all, but instead of showing the result, they simply photoshop their original proto pictures? How is that in any way a preview of what you will get? If anything, I'd actually be more worried now: although they say they are able to pull off rooted, their current attempt wasn't good enough yet to take pictures of and share?

I can't get over that Wolverine. I haven't been too interested in the hobby for a while, especially Marvel's over-saturation.

But I literally said "holy ****" out loud when I saw it the other night.

Agreed. Very odd to not show new close ups of the rooted hair head and only show it in the full body shots.

The nose and eyes make him look like an angry strung out owl.
