Silicone versions will only be able to be bought in a triple pack unless if you go for the Lite version. Snape, Malfoy and Hagrid are slated to be announced next year.

Quidditch Harry will also be sold on his own, which has me curious, depending on price.

If I were to get anything from Harry Pottah it would be Snape and Quidditch Harry.

With JND you're guaranteed to get what is pre-ordered at least (apart from Superman lol), and on-time or ahead of schedule.

Regardless, as much as I enjoy Harry Potter, it's not really something I'd looking to add to a collection, but I do think if it were anything it'd be the above characters. Not that it's a competition but already the bases are better for my tastes.

I would’ve been interested in their Lite versions if they had rooted hair. Not sure if I wanna take another gamble on their silicone figures, we don’t know much about the silicone they are using or how durable it is, so I’m hesitant to preorder them.

If it’s the same as their statues, it’s pretty high quality. And they previously mentioned that the manufacturer guarantees their silicone for 30years but with proper care, should last longer.

I know a lot of ppl understandably worry about longevity, but I also wonder how many ppl actually have kept all their figures since they started this hobby (for display not just sitting in the boxes) that 30years minimum wouldn’t be enough? I know I don’t have any 1/6 figures from when sideshow first started making 1/6 SW and LOTR anymore.

Pretty excited for a Hagrid, Snape and Draco - well.... until I see the price more likely than not.

You’re right, I think with proper care it should definitely last a long time. I also don’t think it will crack as fast as everyone’s been saying, just be careful when handling the figure and moving the head/neck.

I think the price will be the biggest shock here, if a two pack is $1.7k (basically the same figure just a different sculpt) then this three pack will well exceed $2k I’m afraid. Maybe less because these are kids and they are smaller, but I doubt it.

Harry Potter A type and C type will be cheaper.

Im kinda excited for the Kojun Lite versions, i don't think silicone material is long lasting and i prefer PVC over it. But i really just can't get over the fact that Inart is already doing ATPS versions of the trio, i wish they went for the older versions instead.

Another update from James:
When I made the Harry Potter series, I was wondering which set would suit our products.
This is Gryffindor's dorm lounge I chose without hesitation ^^ It took quite a while to make, but a really nice dorm was completed. We finished today with a beautiful set to welcome our upcoming children!! And we will take good pictures and this diorama will be displayed in our new office, so please come and see for yourself later

The Hogwarts Gryffindor dormitory that our youngest member worked hard on!! There's not much time left!! I can show you when I'm done, but communicating in the middle is still another fun.
I hope you just enjoy it!! Then I'll have to find out if there's another B-cut!!

Have a happy day today
-James

So, did JND just want to make their's look "better" by showing a full diorama that we can never own to outshine the partial sections from InArt that we actually get?

This is pretty bad a$$ but we would never get this. I am curious to see the Quidditch Harry, Snape, Hagrid, and Malfoy though.

I don't get it myself. It's a nice effort for presentation but I don't see the point of teasing the announcement with an intricate diorama set. I wonder how many teaser emails they'll send before the full reveal. 10?

JND should probably put up a strip joint as a side hustle since they're fond of teasing. I would name the joint Kojun Twerks.

Did they say this dio will be for sale? It just seems like something just for show to me. Can't imagine the logistics on this.

The slate image that Hologram AI posted above doesn't say anything about a diorama. The quote that Shoo posted says it'll be displayed in their office, but then mentions something about 'finding out if there's a b-cut' - are they suggesting that the diorama could be a Type B release companion to the Type A/C/Lite, or am I misreading that?

I guess it could be vaguely feasible if the walls and floor come disassembled as flat pieces and the furnishings are boxed with them, but the box would still be massive, not to mention the price tag...

I’m pretty sure this is just a diorama piece they created to display the figures once they’re presented. Similar to when they showed the concrete wall diorama when they first teased the Batman Armory. I would love to be wrong though lol.

The diorama isn't for sale. It's just something they make for their display studio. Same for the bunker they made for the Dark Knight pieces. It's for people to check out in person with their figures displayed in it.
