Hello fellow JP fans.

We are currently taking down interest for anyone who would like to put together their own custom 1/6 Dr. Alan Grant figure (now that Chronicle Collectibles has confirmed they won't be doing one). We will be commissioning various artists to assist with clothing, portrait and accessories.

Where did Chronicle confirm they wouldn't be doing one?

It might have been on statue forum. But I do recall them saying they weren't moving forward with the 1/6 JP figures.

Chronicle never stated the 1/6 figures were canceled. They have however stated they are making 1/4 scale statues of the characters first. I know this because I question them every Friday on Facebook live chat.

I keep seeing people saying that the 1/6 figures are canceled, but I've never seen Chronicle themselves state that.

I've asked several times on their Facebook posts, and each time the question is ignored.

The giant T-Rex ain't bad. A repaint ought to bring it up to standard, though certain areas (like the mouth/tongue) are lacking sculpted details as well.

Might be tempted if I come across it in person. Price tag is pretty fair.

Definitely getting the Indoraptor. The T-rex looks nice as a toy but is still an easy pass for me.

We haven’t even seen the colossal 3 foot Rex yet, likely it’s the one in that test photo, fingers crossed.

That giant Rex is cool just for the size alone, but the details are lacking. Why is the tongue so smooth?

I might feel I gotta have it whenever I see it in person though. I like the big Mosasaur too.

I’m totally buying/preordering the big Rex, that is the kind of Rex I wanted as a kid, and with a proper repaint, the size will be awesome on display, and you can’t go wrong with an accurate Rex that big for only $50-$60.

Also, going by size and details, this leaked image was the 3 foot Rex.

Ultimate would be the new 3’ Rex made with mostly rubbery fake skin like the old Kenner figures. All the dinosaurs in the line look much nicer than the JW Toys.
