Man, just got back from this...wow. Just wow!!! This movie was ****ing A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!

Easily in my one of my favorite films this year (Not hard though seeing as I really like AoU, Mad Max, and Ex Machina).

From someone who was 1 year old at the creation of JP, I don't give a **** about nostalgia. Seeing the JP this weekend on TV, Jurassic World toppled that **** down!!!

Can't wait to go see it again in 3D!

I think it's a valid reason that some people might be overlooking certain deficiencies of JP1. How old were you when it came out?

Well this forum does need balance. Khev is the antithesis to the cynical, but loveable, Riddick.

I'm looking forward to Khev's positive reactions to the Force Awakens and Batman v Superman. Khev is the light that breaks through the darkness.

I definitely like getting behind a good flick. Unless you're into Kingsman or Spongebob Out of Water. You're on your own for those. But even Genisys, honest to God I want to enjoy that flick and am already bummed that what little fun I might have had has already been ruined by the trailers. I truly am hoping that there's something, something that Cameron got to see and we haven't yet, that will make it a genuinely entertaining movie.

I'm actually not really annoyed by the trailers directly telling us the big twist. I question their wisdom in doing so but I don't care. It's not a twist I would have liked even if it had been a total surprise.

On an on-topic note, I really liked how not one single moment from the last 20 minutes of JW (save for "RUNNNN!" and Bryce's running feet) were featured in the trailers. It might have been nice if they hadn't shown the helicopter crash though as that was a somewhat important "death."

I'm sure the "bad guy" in TG will be revealed pretty early on. I might actually be more annoyed that they've already shown us that:

And regarding praising JW due to it being a bonding experience with my kids. I think I can adequately say no as my enthusiasm echoes that of many here who don't have kids.

BvS will fail because no matter what they do, a lot people won't be happy wit their depiction of Superman. I expect a lot of complaining and nitpicking in 2016. It's ironic, most people can overlook all the flaws in films like JW

I have a feeling they'll address the complaints at how he was portrayed in MOS. I expect lots of scenes of him saving innocents and not being a smug jerk. And if you're saying "fail" as in box office then no way. It'll be huge. Probably bigger than Cap 3.

No, not financially, just critically. They already showed him saving earth on his first day on the job You'll see, it'll get really bad reviews and people will nitpick the crap out of it.
