Well she was director, so I thibk she'd be off the hook. She did her best to prevent damage. Realistically it would Simon and Henry who'd go to court. More than likely the park would be closed and assets from Simon would be seized to probably compensate damages and injuries. I doubt Claire would see a cell.

Wouldn't making them male, then neutering them, be a good contingency plan? I guess they never read Malcolm or Grant's books. No females, no chance of eggs.

They didn't openly state that they were all still female in JW though Delta, Indominous and Mososaurus were all referred to as "she." Wu seemed pretty cocky about the "all female" thing so I wouldn't be surprised if they still were despite Grant's findings in JP1.

In fairness he clearly had something going with Hoskins that was way beyond theme park stuff. Hoskins pretty much stated point blank that the I-Rex was a showroom prototype for the military and both he and Wu seemed more than curious about how much damage it could do when set loose. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if they paid celebrities under the table to show up at the park every time they revealed an attraction with "more teeth" to convince Masrani that it was actually his idea to encourage such engineering all along.

Yeah even RoboCop could be shut down remotely and he was a good guy.

I saw someone mention the symbolism in the heroes laying the one animatronic dinosaur to rest while the new all CG dinos were now at the top of the food chain, so to speak.
