But it was much fun, I give you that, it provided much laughing and finger pointing material.

I honestly did like Godzilla. i thought it was fun

You may overanalyze things, guys. This film was pure fun!

And that woman ran on heels for real. Gotta give Bryce credit! Its not like you keep a spare pair of running shoes with you at all times for the genetically-altered-dinosaur-breaks-free days.

No scene in this movie broke my enjoyment of it. Bryce was great, Chris was great, Blue was AWESOME. And old Rexy... amazing... so much joy and nostalgia.

Claire was a track athlete in high school. She would run the **** out of them heels - certainly an unbelievable thing seeing her compete in the 40-yard dash while sporin' Jimmy Choo's.

If everyone would have read the Jurassic World companion novel, they would know this.

being a Track Athlete won't save you from this!

And you might say, "But crows, the shoes are such a small thing to get so mad about"
well, so was the gymnastics scene. it was a 20 second scene about a girl pushing a raptor... Claire had the heels on The ENTIRE movie. everyone hates on Lost World over a 20 second scene but Im supposed to accept the hell bullcrap? lol

That girl in the gif has thick as **** heels, and she's an athlete in shape running on solid ground, and she isn't even running that fast, the girl from the movie was track runner or whatever in HIGHSCHOOL, you don't keep the shape forever, regardless of that, also was wearing needle heels, which WILL break, plus on ****ing grass, those ****ers will sink in the grass, and outrunning a ****ing T-REX.

Films are full of contrivances, maybe she could find a pair of runners in a car. That would actually be far more plausible than what actually happens in the film and no one would even be talking about it.

The movie had so many problems that I find it comical people are bitching that she ran in (most likely) the only shoes available to her. I even saw the scene where she rolls her sleeves up as kind of a joke about her sophisticated/business attire out in the jungle.

After the Indominus escapes, it's a non-stop race for survival.

I wanted to chime in. For the record, I made up the Jurassic World companion novel bit, in case that wasn't obvious. I can appreciate the points being thrown around though.

With that being said, I would like to retitle this thread: "Claire and her Amazing High Heels: A Thread about Jurassic World"
