If WB is swerving everyone, by doing this, but actually NOT bringing Cavill back, I would be their staunchest defender on this forum moving forward. Person in the scene with a red cape could be Power Girl or something. Then, at the end they could have a joke, where Cyborg or Flash says, "for some reason, I was half expecting Superman to come back from the dead to help us out." Then everybody points and laughs, and walks off into the sunset.
