I think Aquaman is a B+ list character. He's well known....as a joke, but still known.

Yeah Aquaman isn't no C lister, he's a B +

Now Cyborg yeah he's not even in the alphabet unless it's the Chinese one lol.

I'm not sure where Aquaman would fall nowadays, since I'm so out of touch with what kids are into and doing. But back in my day, Aquaman was definitely a top tier DC guy. He had his own cartoon in the '60s, and was one of the few, essential Super Friends, along with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Robin. Flash wasn't in every version of that show, but Aquaman was. The only way he isn't an A lister is if the A list consists of 3 or 4 characters only, which it shouldn't. Flash is up there, as is Robin, Green Lantern, and Green Arrow.

I would say that Atom and Hawkman/Hawkwoman are borderline B-listers. But the lesser Teen Titans, as much I love them, would be more in the 2nd tier. So, Kid Flash, Aqualad, Speedy, etc. Justice Society and Legion of Superhero guys, as well.

3rd tier are guys like the Outsiders, Doom Patrol, Vigilante, Captain Carrot.

There's definitely some version of the Teen Titans cartoon that still airs. I don't have cable, but at my parents' house it is always playing on one channel, they had happy meal toys last year at one point, and when I was staying at a hotel a few weeks ago it was on one of the TVs there.

So, my ranking above is based on where things were circa 2000. Now, that could have been flipped on its head. Maybe Changeling is more well known than Flash as far as I know.

Apache Chief eventually showed up in an episode of Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law.

There was also a couple of episodes of JLU that referenced the made-for-TV characters in that show. There, they were the Ultimen--clones created by Project Cadmus.
