So what's the plan after this? I know WW II is coming but what else and when? I hope this is good, but then again I say that about all the comic book movies that come out.

Whedon's cinematography might be par for the course in the MCU but it doesn't cut it in the DCEU. The uneven visuals are quite jarring. WB should have had Patty Jenkins (or even David Ayer) step in to pinch hit instead of him.
I agree that silly superhero movies can be enjoyable in spite of pretty much all shortcomings *except* being boring. If it isn't boring then it should be fun for at least one viewing. Maybe even two.

Still haven't seen BR 2049 and am avoiding TLJ spoilers so I've been laying low. No I didn't watch the trailer as I'm sticking to my guns on watching TLJ as cold as possible. However my kids and I were watching the game (go Vikings!) last night and did catch the first few seconds of the trailer before quickly changing the channel. Dose big AT-AT's....

I really liked the beginning of the trailer, the hans zimmer man of steel theme is damn near perfect. It pulls you in emotionally without the actors having to say a god damn thing. The david bowie part i could do without, but i am sure thats only going to be used in the trailer. The trailer looked good you can definately see both snyders and wheadons contributions on display.

Yeah, Whedon's contributions seem to be smiling in the middle of a fight...
I was refering to the dialog, but i digress zack isnt against smiling he had supes smiling more in man of steel then he did in suoerman 2 or superman returns, but ya not much smilling from him in bvs but thats because everyone hated him in that movie. Its hard to smile when you got nothing to be happy about.

Cyborg's armor is quite different. I wonder if the initial darkness in that shot was simply intended to hide the fact that it was a work in progress.
Cyborg looks like a bad costume from a cheap 80's movie that was then borrowed to be used as a background Borg in STNG.
It does kind of look like he's wearing one of those cheap full body Halloween outfits of Megatron or something that you can get at Target.
Other than his head piece there's absolutely nothing about his design that sets him apart from "robot guy covered in generic metal crap."
