Huh? It's the exact opposite of that, it got toned up; less grain, more saturation, cheaper looking, more cartoony, Wheedonier.

WB is stupid. They’ll make a teen titans go movie before an actual live action titans film and skip green lantern and JL. Whoever runs WB is a moron who doesn’t have faith in its characters and that’s why they get ****ed over. It wasn’t surprising to me that Wonder Woman did so well. She’s only like the the most popular female hero ever and DC never made a live action movie of her cause they didn’t ha e the balls

Sort of like marvel with black widow and captain marvel. Dc had more balls actually, PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING first female superhero movie. Marvel didnt green light the captain marvel movie until after dc announced wonder woman. They didnt want anything to do with a female centric movie after electra. People just love to hate on dc, seriously why come here to the dc movie boards if the movies cause you so much grief. Youd be happier it seems just pretending they dont exist, unless you like to be negative nancy, then thats a whole different issue.

I do agree with you on cyborg, manhunter or green lantern would have been better for the first justice league movie, but i disagree he is the token black character since he is black in the comics unlike nick fury

Vic's an ok character but he's not JL matherial at all.
He should be younger, have his own origin movie, then they could add him to the eventual Titans film.
But nope, gotta have a black character in JL while bein' too afraid to use Green Lantern or Marsian...

I know it's a longshot, but I'm still hoping that Harry Lennix will somehow turn out to be Martian Manhunter.

Maybe I am crazy.....but Zach uses super over saturated colors.....very obvious....

I wonder if he succeeds?

It *is* a refreshing change to have him head up the JL rather than going around beating up petty thugs. The Martha moment set him free.

Yep. Thor will be fun and silly and stupid and who cares? It has nothing riding on it, so its an easy crowd-pleaser.

JL has too much riding on it. It just can't win no matter what happens.

TLJ...? Well, its somewhere in the middle. It has a lot riding on it if you cared about the first one. Personally, I'm not invested in the new Star Wars so far. Hoping this one hooks me.

Sadly, I feel it will, this will suck, Star Wars will suck, Thor maybe won't suck just because everybody's expectations of it are so low.

SW has a few potential twists that may or may not work, so it could be entertaining.

However, I don't think there's anything unexpected about Thor or JL. I'm 100% certain Ii know the fate of all the main Thor characters, which sucks.
