I know a lot of things happen. But I don't know for sure who does what, and won't assume that based on pure conjecture. This is my whole point here. Some seem willing to willfully ignore certain things and not others, regarding pretty clear evidence, when it suits their agendas. This is the way media works, and partisanship, so not surprising that it carries over to stuff like this. Publicly released evidence, convictions, widespread accusations by high profile people who aren't set to gain financially, and, to a lesser extent (because these could happen in cases where an accuser is innocent) publicly announced settlements trump speculation regarding nondisclosure agreements. Personally, I respond to data.
