I am diving deep back into some recent graphic novels....over all , I enjoy them more , the stories are better.

I'm glad that so many good to great superhero movies exist today but I'm also glad that they weren't around in the 70's/80's. That era was perfect with just the OT, Superman, ALIEN, Indy, etc.

What'd you think of BR2049 jye? I was pissed when Gosling killed you in the opening scene, lol.

Otherwise I freaking loved that movie and now there's even less pressure for JL, Thor, and TLJ to deliver. Good times indeed.

I went to see it with my sister who is a bigger BR fan than I am.

She loved it all.

For me the big reveal was a big let down.

I will not be buying it on bluray lol

My now deceased father was so serious and cold all he cared about was politics.

Never took any of his kids to a movie, a theater or museum.

Didn’t have a favorite movie and would never talk about movies, zilch.

Politics politics and more politics.

So I made my own space for entertainment as did my brothers and sisters.

I made a promise to myself that I was going to be the complete opposite of my dad when I had a kid.

Here I am playing videogames and watching movies with my wife and son.

This will be only the second film from 2017 that I *will* purchase on blu-ray, lol. The relationship between K and Joi and aftermath of said relationship made the movie for me. As did the pace, tone, score, and visuals. I was very surprised

With TFA and BR2049 Ford is 2/2 for Khev and 0/2 for jye, lol.

2046 did make me appreciate the original more and in certain ways 2046 is better than the original especially in the area of cinematography BUT 2046 will never be as historically significant as the first one.

I don’t know maybe I need to watch it again but I thought Deckard should’ve gone off the rails and took on the appearance of Batty lol.
