B. Eminating from the sky?

If you answered yes to both those questions then that’s a damn sky beam lol

Besides, this is the ONLY sky beam that matters to me:

The Chinese press saw the first 30 minutes of the film and had this to say.

Superman actor Henry Cavill will be flying to Beijing, China to join the Justice League team to kickstart their press tour.

It has been confirmed by the official DC Films Weibo account that Henry Cavill (Superman) will join the rest of the cast of Justice League in Beijing for the film’s promotion. There are also talks about a fan event being organized in China during the tour. The Beijing campaign for the film will most likely take place on October 26th.

Meanwhile, it is not known exactly who all will join Cavill in the press tour. Joss Whedon seems unlikely to be part of the press tour due to the controversy caused by his wife’s open letter. Similarly, Zack Snyder won’t be doing any press for the DCEU film as it was confirmed by his publicist.

Meanwhile, there is news that the US press will fly to London for Justice League press junket. This has been confirmed by a series of tweets by the American media.

So, the Disney-lovin' U.S. can just sod off I guess. Lots of U.S. films make money$$$$ in overseas markets.

Embargo set for 1 day before release just like with JL.

BUT then 4-5 days before release WB opens the floodgate and allows reviews to be posted just like they did with WW which as we all know turned out great.

But why cast any suspicion at all unless they’re tweaking the movie until the last possible second.

Sounds to me like WB is just hedging their bets targeting the international market. Like Tom Cruise seems to be much loved overseas and like that. IMO not doing U.S. press for an "event" movie with these characters is just weird.

I like batfleck but this "implied" history to justify his action is just stupid.

Why? Because it's too subtle? Because we need another Bats vs Joker movie?

This is all that's needed. Because it's not gonna get developed in this cinematic universe anyway.

Again master Snyder dropping substantial narrative with one shot, he truly is a modern day cinematic Frazetta.

It's possible to give gravitas to a character trying to overcome the death of a loved without previous films setting it up, especially if it's an action movie. Martin Riggs' dead wife is an easy example, she didn't get so much as a flashback and yet her loss carried weight in not one but *two* LW films. Sean Archer's murdered son in Face/Off didn't need an entire film as backstory either, etc.

Do I think that JL will handle those themes as well as LW and F/O? Nah, but technically it can be done.
