Gotta love knee jerk reactions. Ben Affleck is an interesting choice. He's yet to direct a bad film so he's got that going for him. The same can't be said for Favreau before he directed Iron Man and that turned out awesome.

Joss Whedon had only directed Serenity before The Avengers yet now everyone loves him and was rooting for him to direct The Avengers 2.

Please WB No affleck, i used to like him but lately i despise him as an actor, and okay, the Town was a good movie? Ill give him the good job on that but this is THE JUSTICE LEAGUE, this is going to be one of the most ambitious projects of all time and is ben affleck really ready to helm this?

I know its not the size that counts its story but I feel like his name will carry to much baggage, is he gonna use his buddy kevin smiths superman script from the 90s? Im just not feeling it, theres other directors out there that have the vision

for Whedon i was worried about Avengers to, the size of the project and scope, BUT he did have alot of credibility with writing, AND serenity and buffy were sci fi projects so he knew the concepts already i feel like.

you guys don't understand, He Hated Daredevil, he has said it many times he regrets doing it and he thinks superhero movies and wearing costumes is stupid,

and THIS is the guy they are giving Justice League to? seriously?
