Hey, I'm not complaining. Shawn told me that he thought he would have them out by the end of the week a couple of weeks ago and updated me on his list as having my figures shipped on Jan. 16th. I e-mailed and they are still in progress so I was getting mislead on the status of my figures.

** These will hopefully ship sooner than stated. I ordered a new batch of rubber today. The company uses UPS so it's kinda slow to arrive. I added a couple days' wiggle room for that.

OK, got it sorted. Yes, I received your payment, thank you. You ordered a RETURNS Batman I see. That's why you're not on the list. That particular list is for the group rate deal for the 1989 version only. I'm expecting to have your Bat done by the end of next week. Sorry for that bit of confusion over the list there.

Currently it's made they way I've always meade them. I will eventually be updating it to match the V.3 89 but I can't even guess when that will be. It's a matter of finding the time to do it. Bringing the 89 group to a screeching halt so I could update that one put me farther behind than I wanted to be. Hope everyone getting the V.3's now feel the added time was worth it.

i could easily have waited a year for the upgrades to v.3! and if the returns version ever gets updated the same amount, put me down for one right now.

seems shawn is getting some grief on the sovereign studios thread. personally, i want to give him my full support because i know he didn't intentionally rip people off. he's an amazing artist. and like he said himself, the business side of things if you're not as interested in it as the actual art, can sometimes get away from you. i trust him completely and know he's a stand-up guy just from the minimal communication i've had with him.

besides, look how amazingly he's handled the keaton bats. and all the wonderful work that's gone into that.
