If BBTS would give a few days notice before shipping, I would feel more secure about keeping my pre-order. I really don't want to get charged out of the blue and have it declined or have my other upcoming orders charge after and be declined.

BBTS has changed the arrival date to 1st Quarter 2015. Midtown still has 31 January so it'll probably be February before these arrive. I hope so anyway. It gives me a little more time to search for another grail of mine...

You folks need to do a little research. Do you think you are getting a metal shield from KA? Do you really know what "metal alloy" really is? You better get more details because from what I have learned, basically their shields will be coated with metal flaking......not solid metal as you all assume. KA is not licensed to sell in the USA.
Anyway, the EFX version will arrive in the hands of certain customers soon, a LICENSED replica made of the same movie prop materials.

And propboy, I'm not sure what KA not being licensed in NA has much to do with anything. It's as if you are insinuating that buying the KA version, which is licensed by Marvel, is somehow morally unjust.

Isn't the EFX Shield made of cheap lightweight fiberglass too?
