King Arts Iron Man Mark 3 quarter scale phone charger.

Well I just found this and preordered from Playasia.com for 478 total.

I have wanted the Mark 3 and since SSC cancelled theirs I figured to give King Arts a try. I still like the Iron Man 2 maquette best but it's too much... This is less then half the price I see that going for. preorders are done as of Sept 28th from playasia

Anyone own anything from them?

Irom man itself is very nice. Pose reminds me of the tank scene in the first movie

Only thing keeping me from Po this is the base, and based on pics of other 1/4 phone charger, looks cheap

For now, hoping IS/IA/HT would be doing a mark 3 down the road

Yeah I think that is what the pose is of...

I did not notice the base... Too busy looking at IM... Yeah it's a bit cheap looking.. May have to touch it up.

I watched several reviews of Kings Art on youtube last night and they really seem to be making quality polystone 1/4 statues. Hopefully the paint apps on this are as good as what they did on their recent hulkbuster!

Yeah I was watching videos on their items also... Seems like they put effort into everything... I really hope this turns out well... Would take care of my IM needs... I am thinking about that Cap civil war charger also.

the cap civil war charger looked good too, but the pose was too boring IMO. At least the IM pose is on the aggressive side with his arm out and missile ready to launch

Will play asia ship this to the US?

they use EMS, over night flight to US ports in Los Angeles and then turned over to USPS (after clearing customs) for ground delivery. I had a custom statue delivered in 5 days to LA from Asia via EMS.

A word of caution: I ordered this from Play-Asia in September 2016, they charged me for the full price including shipping ($480). They delay delivery twice and just this morning they send me an email that they "will not be able to fulfill my order because they will not be receiving the product" and ask me if I would "select something else to add to my order"... what a bunch of crap!

I responded and asked for a full refund. Unfortunately it's been over 6 months since I paid with PayPal, but I did use my Amex as the source of funds. If they don't refund me by end of the week I will escalate with Amex... be cautious with Play-Asia, they charge full price upfront (my mistake for falling for this) and in this case they fail to deliver.

Unfortunately I missed the PayPal 6 month window, but this was charged on my Amex and they allow disputes at any time. Will wait for Play-Asia to respond by tomorrow and if they balk on a refund I will dispute with Amex. I've saved all the email as well. Pretty awful customer service IMO to cancel my order and then ask for me to buy something else LOL!!
