I finally got mine---fedex is stupid, they just left it at the door and didn't ring the doorbell or knock or anything, the only reason I found out it was there was when I checked the tracking number and it said 'left at front door'

But anyway, it arrived in VERY good condition, one outer box and then the actual box wrapped in bubble wrap. It's actually bigger than I thought, but this is my first figure. The whole thing is absolutely amazing, the head is perfect, you really HAVE to see this thing in person. It's so much more detailed than it seems. The clothes are actually more thin and flexible than they seem in the pictures, they are quite movable. One problem I had though was that the left arm could bend farther than the right arm (at the elbow) but the sleeve might have just gotten caught in the joint. The tentacles are quite flexible too so don't worry about those. On the robe---don't try to put it over the tentacles, they are so big that it won't fit, slip the robe between his back and the tentacles and it'll work fine. but that does mean you can't use the hood. Accessories are nice, I really like the quality of the saber, it's looks more realistic in person, and the blade is slightly clear and not weak at all. Here's pictures:

Actually, on further inspection it looks like the belt is falling apart in the front. I was looking at those pictures I posted and I saw that the clasp thing in the front was sagging so I took a look at the figure and it seems it wasn't glued properly so it could easily tear off. But it's OK because I've already sent them an email and from what I've heard of the customer service, it should be easily taken care of.

nice pics!!! the box is a little bit bigger than the previous ones, but thats only because they need extra room for meathead. and the droid head is incredible as well. will keep in the box until i get my shelves finished.

WOHOOO!!!! GOT MINE!!! It looks awesome. Yeah, the box is bigger and I DIDN'T recieve any key chain and what not. SS is playing favorites. but its cool, the figure looks amazing.

It must be completely random. I have 4 PF's and none of them have shipped with anything extra. I get my first 12" direct from SS and bam, a SW keychain. A great surprise though.

Some people are getting bonus shipping envelopes stuck to the outside of their Kit Fisto shipping boxes with Star Wars keychains inside.

Some of those who aren't getting them don't mind that much, and some do. (I already have a keychain.) Some who are getting the goodies are unhappy because it could be increasing the shipping cost.
