I wonder what the exclusive could be, they already did a 1/4 skull with the DVD, and think about it, it would be rediculous for his foot to be posed up resting on the skull. That would be insanely disrespectful to the Skull itself which is actually a God's head and priceless relic that "belongs in a museum", and something Indy would not do.

Easier yes but disappointing. I really want him holding the skull or at least holding the sack with the skull in it. I am digging this sculpt though despite the disappointment on the boards:
But, wouldn't it be better if that was something that came with the regular?
Personally I'd rather the Exc. had the hatless sculpt so I can forget about it and instead get the regular WITH the skull... This one must come with the skull just as the ROTLA Indy came with the idol. Hopefully each Indy PF (and I'm certainly hoping that they'll release one from each movie) will come with it's movie item (obviously the ark was too big for the first one). Sankara stones for the TOD Indy's pouch and the Grail for TLC Indy.

Yes and no. I wouldn't mind if the sack with the Skull was included as a base piece on the regular but when you get the exclusive the hand interchanges and allows him to hold the skull and the bag can be removed from the base and an empty sculpted bag could replace it. As if he opened it and pulled it out to show the onlooker. Then again I'm just following an natural thought here.....

I can't wait to see what some of the chaps here are going to do with repaints on this one. Trevors sculpt is so dead on it's scary. I don't see anything at all wrong with the hat on the raw sculpt but the pic on the SS site makes it look as though it has a tight pinch, a'la Raiders, which is not what the Skull fedora looked like. However, Trevor did it correctly so no problems there.

I'm hoping that the jacket comes off easily and that the shirt is a complete garment...I'd prefer to display him without the jacket the way he was at the movie's opening warehouse scene.
Unless he does include the skull...then it's jacket on.
As for the foot-on-the-skull idea...I don't think I like that idea,,,it seems out of character that Indy would use ANY relic as a foot stool. I'd rather see the foot is resting upon a block from the Nazca Temple or just a rock or something. The skull should be included with an option to have it under his arm,

Based on the picture a few pages back, the arms are resting on his waist/leg, so removing the jacket may require cutting it.

Is sideshow was smart they'd make the exclusive a repainted young indy head for the raiders pf......everyone would buy it.....

Looks like another KILLER sculpt from Trevor! I hope SS has Trevor EXCLUSIVELY on their Harrison Ford sculpts from now on...
I think that sculpt is extremely well done and it looks just like Harrison Ford from KOTCS.
I still don't need two Indy PFs, but the sculpt is accurate.
That sculpt looks like a 1:1 bust. Unreal. I want to own this, but it'd be crazy to only have KOTCS Indy so at least one other Indy would be required. But then there's the tricky dilemma of trying come up with a good display that features multiple PF's that are so similar in design.

As good as the sculpt is, I just can't justify two Indy's in my collection. I've always wanted an iconic Indy collectible and I got it with the first Indy PF. This should have been an SDCC exclusive or something.
