I would imagine you'd remember it if it had been so probably not. Thanks.

I really really wanted to love this movie but I only ended up just liking it. The human stories are strong and from what we see of Godzilla he is awesome and the atomic breath moments are great!

The problem is that you could pretty much take Godzilla out of the film and the film would still work about 95%. He's only there to save the humans from the Muto's.

There's far too many cut away scenes too. Just as a fight is about to break out, bang, cut to a news flash or army scene.:gah:

I long for the cool embrace of theater air conditioning and my king :monkey2

This is actually a very big deal what is taking place tonight isn't it. :yess:

This will be my 2nd Godzilla movie in a theater, 98 being the other.

I saw Gino in the theater and Godzilla 2000 has been the only movie I've seen on the big screen.

yeah That's what took my excitement for this WAY down. I am a Huge fan of monster movies and I really wanted this to be amazing.

but that dumb director took it too far with the hiding of the creatures :( I'm sure I'll like it but.... still, makes me sad.

Yup, this is the 3rd Godzilla movie I'm seeing for the first time on the big screen. :panic:

You saw G2K as well Bio!?

Which of them saw US theatrical releases, just the 85/98/2K/FW, correct?

I saw G2k in a theater as well, I was so stoked, I think I was 12 when it came out, I loved every minute of it, still like the film, it's good fun, actually has some good production value for a G film.

I saw Gino on theaters.

Godzilla 2000 was coming and i was waiting for it, but then we moved to another country and i was never able to watch it :gah::gah:

Well a number from the 50s and 60s saw US theatrical release, then there was 85, 98, 2000 and some select releases of Gojira. I don't recall Final Wars getting US release.

I'd give anything to see Gojira and 84 on a big screen.

54 is on netflix. I just have to point out a really dumb scene. These guys were infront of godzilla on a freaking tower and take flash photography at him. naturally you know what happens next. Also some of the screams in that movie will make you laugh so hard.

Ohhhhhhhh...more than I imagined.

Yeah, that's where a lot of the American movie names came from, Toho used names like Invasion of the Astro Monster and Ebirah Horror of the Deep and we got Godzilla vs Monster Zero and Godzilla vs the Sea Monster.

I know for sure Destroy All Monsters had a theatrical run and was the first movie for a number of middle aged fans.
