I hope they have they modernize that song that the children were singing in the first movie. That song was chilling.

Hadn't really thought of that, but if you made that song instrumental, you could probably come up with something really powerful. I do think overall this is going to be a very emotional score, I can't wait to hear it.

I can't stop watching that.

That little teaser has become quite addictive.

Now I know what that music reminds me of, 2001 with the black monolith chanting and strings effect.

I can't wait to see Atomic breathe in action, I hope we see it wipe out city with it

They're making Godzilla out to be a threat to the entire planet and I like that.

Which is the way he was portrayed in the Destroyah film that was no where near dark enough. I think Legendary is doing it right this time which puts this film on top of my MUST SEE list for 2014!

I can't help also get the feeling from watching this that this film will kinda be a sci-fi horror movie too! Again, I think Legendary is wanting to bring respect back to the character and make him terrifying and not just awesome to behold! But if I seen a 30 story monster that can't be killed, I'd probably be too terrified to move! (Or I'd be running like hell the other direction without appreciating the moment! )

On a side note, I wonder what cool collectibles we'll see from this film from say... Bandai & X-Plus? I'll definitely be interested in the high end items and not the mass produced cheap things we see released in Walmart, etc with every major summer film.

I'm optimistic about NECA's 18" Godzilla and I really hope that Jakks produces a decent quality 31 incher, even if I have to repaint the whole thing. I've always wanted a massive, quality Godzilla figure. Hopefully next year I'll have two.

Listening to it carefully, the roar in the trailer is a realistic version of the '84 roar, I love it.

edit - it was a heck of a slow buffer but eventually I was able to watch it.

Streamed right into it for me.

The only part that bothers me is the 2 second bit of Nolan Batman music, I'm so burnt out on those movies and the hype, I could do with it not spilling into Godzilla, at least the score won't have it.
