thanks for the update. i normally don't worry about people but after everything he's been and is going through when he doesn't chim in in a week or two i start to worry about him

I just assumed he's been painting like a madman trying to get all those heads finished. Even sick, I'd imagine that's what he's doing, no time to mess around on the boards.

Hey gang, did Les start sending out the Joker heads yet? I know he's been sick and I e-mailed him asking how he's doing and wanting to catch up but he never got back to me I guess due to his illness. I haven't checked this thread in a long time and have no idea where to look for Joker updates.

Les didn't get Swine Flu, he's not even really sure what strain he caught, but it's been taking awhile for him to kick. He's progressing but he still isn't fully over it.

It's tragic, but the media makes it sound like an epidemic that's going to kill everyone in the country and run for your lives.
They do the same with bird flu, West Nile virus. A few years ago when bird flu was a big deal, I got panicked because of the media and then listened to a George Carlin album talking about how the media portrays things and he mentioned bird flu and the album was like 5-10 years old. The media is too one-side, they tell you the worst of everything and blow it all out of proportion. They'll emphasize 10 people dying of something and make a footnote of the 5000 that also have it and are just on meds and doing fine.

Hi guys. Sorry I have been so out of touch. Yeah, I wasn't TESTED for H1N1 (swine flu) but did for sure get ALL the symptoms, so my family and I, and my doctor, pretty much assumed it was it.
Not dead yet. But not all the way back from it either. Was hit with it about the 7th or 8th, hit hard. Bad coughing and fever for days, soreness, the works. I didn't come in here and chime that stuff, mainly because I just assumed no one would believe I had gotten that on top of everything else lately. But I did.
Now that you guys more or less know, I can confirm it. I am taking some meds for it still, and am not 100% by a long shot still.
I got some bad flu back in 1993, that for me, is the worst thing I ever got. Coughed so bad it forever changed the way my lung reacts when I cough, and I had blood red eyes from it all. Woulda been great around Halloween, like now, but anyway, this one, though not as terrible, is still a very bad bug. Tiring. Has been a hard one to get rid of. Still coughing up stuff occasionally.
Hope no one near me gets it.
My dad had to stay away from me for a week at it's worst, and it was hell taking care of myself. Got REALLY messed up and all from it. Talked to one or two of you, Maulfan for one. He knows. Anyway, that is past I think. Just hoping no one else gets it.
Work related, STILL trying to finish up a lot of stuff, and move on to more. Been a tough road of late. Trying to get some needed shipping money up also, as I have been nearly two months with no regular income, so some stuff must go. Have some things on Ebay and hoping to use the money made to ship off a lot and pay bills. If anyone is at all interested, they are found here:

No, probably not. A lot. Anyway, need more of that too. Got some needed clearcoats and some colors just before I got sick. But could use more.
Will be selling a LOT more soon also. SOme things I thought I never would. Some you guys might really want. Some I might take good offers on at this point. But anyway, hope some of you want some of the stuff on Ebay.
Anyway, actual work updates when I can guys. I apologize for this and the delays it caused. Still trying to get stuff out of here.
Going to see if I can get out of Jury duty tomorrow (will it ever end?) so maybe I can. That is for sure a setback I do not need now. Tired as hell. Took me all day today and yesterday to get these Ebay things up.
I think that's it. No specific updates at present. I am trying to respond to emails as best I can. Those that I have updated via emails, please know, once funds are in hand, your stuff will be on it's way. You know who you are.
