That's not funny in the least. :pfft:

Your lucky you didn't draw a picture of a JP dino. You'd have had a ton of people pissed off at you. :lol There are actually alot of people out there who have no interest in scientifically accurate Dinosaur statues, but will collect Jurassic Park Dinos like crazy. :dunno I guess they see the JP Dinosaurs as the "creatures" from a movie that they love. That's how I look at them, and that's why the scientific innacuracies don't bother me. Because I know it's just a movie. :D

Don't you just want to hug Dino Dan ? You know..til he can't breathe anymore ? lol

I love both the JP Dinos and the scientifically accurate ones...both have special meaning to me..buying both is another issue..it's pretty tough call sometimes.. lol

I do like that Barosaurus Dio...mostly because of the Allosaurus in it. ;D I believe the whole thing is incorrect now ( lots of experts say Barosaurus couldn't rear like that ) but it's pretty iconic regardless.

Galileo is killing me with every new piece..he just cranks them out so fast I'm almost afraid to lay down the money because in a month he'll have something even better. My luck as soon as I pop for the Acro and/or that JP3 Raptor bust, he'll make a huge Allosaurus.

Galileo posted some new pics of the dio , his Edmontosaurus :

I'm not sure..but I think the head is a bit big or something..could be the angle.

I'm not an expert or anything just looked odd after seeing some images online, oh and the Safari Edmonto which is about in the same pose :

The head might be right, I think. The Sue Anatotitan looks big-headed, but I believe it is also accurate.

I love that Barosaurus scene. That's probably the reason I'm so attached to my Battat Diplodocus, so tall and majestic. That and the tremendous price I paid for it. :google

Thanks for the info, a lot of cool stuff there.

No problem, he also has my attention with the Reign of Fire Dragon...something Sideshow should have done.. ;)

Right, I just don't know enough about that particular hadrosaur to offer an honest opinion I guess. Maybe it's the bill..I like the more duck-like one on Anatotitan.

Your telling me...took me forever to get a Battat Diplo back after I sold mine awhile back... I'll never sell it again.

I wouldn't be able to collect anything Dinosaur related, if I worried about scientific accuracy. It seems every day a new discovery is made, which renders certain "facts" about a species moot. :lol

I can't wait to see what Galileo's JP3 Velociraptor bust looks like. It's going to be 1:1 right? Did he say which one it's going to be?

Jeremy, we talking about that C.M. Studio Sucho and I forgot that Garrett also did an unmodified version of it :

Believe it or not I actually found a Garrett build up I didn't like :

It has to be the color..cause I love Galileo's paint up :

I know, I keep telling myself and others the same thing. With Dinosaur art you have to buy what you like...that's why even outdated roadside Dinos have an appeal for me.

He said it would be a 1/1 Bust of a JP3 Raptor..I figure we'll see more of it once this Dio is done. He didn't say male or female though...I would guess Male..Galileo loves spikes aka proto-feathers. Though a female version wouldn't be too hard to do either..just leave off the spines, paint it diff and pop in a diff colored eye. I'll shoot him a message and ask for details.

He also mentioned he was going to do a 1/7 I think, full bpdy JP3 Raptor since Horizon already did the Nublarensis types.

That Garrett Sucho looks amazing.:horror The drool on his mouth is gorgeous.

Btw, I agree about the Acro buildup. I do like Garretts, quality wise, but I don't care for it asthetically. ;)

And both genders had the big lacrimal ridges, right? If the only differences were the superficial ones you listed, that would indeed make things easier. I'm sure Stan Winston studios was thinking the same thing.

Yeah it was just a difference of paint, eye color and feathers/ spikes...should easy to do either one.

Galileo just told me, that it will look like this pretty much with the mouth open :

I have a better version of that pic somewhere...he also male or female would be easy to do and would really just be a matter of paint.

I love what he does with water..just awesome stuff . ;D

I think the head on the Acro threw me a bit...or something. I'd def have Galileo paint it up for me.

Though Martin did do a great job on the Acro by Creative Beast :

Yeah, I thought that was a good buildup, except it didn't include any awesome water effects. :lol

I'd like to see that 1/7 raptor buildup aswell. Sounds like Galileo is going JP crazy. :D That's not at all a bad thing. ;)

True, a mud puddle or somehting could have made it 10x better.. ;D

Oh it never IS ! lol He's already done SO much JP stuff...his HUGE Rex maquette for one..heh heh He mentioned once doing a 1/1 JP Rex head..but he said it will be a ways down the road.

He did a 1/1 Baby Raptor for a client that was beautiful :

I told him he should do one for sale too. I wouldn't mind a 1/1 Baby Pterandon either. Of course if he does a 1/1 Dilophosaurus there go any savings I have. ;)

Hey, that is quite a creation, Blade. Did I catch a glimpse of it in earlier photographs, perhaps?
