I prefer it this way. Giantoy makes me feel more important than Kit does.I think Giantoy invoice before the stock arrives, whereas Kit waits until he's received it.

Exciting!!! Hope no quality issues! Otherwise expect some long novels from me haha fingers crossed!!!The local batch has been shipped, tomorrow Kit and other retailers should receive their first batch. Due to the amount of figures, the factory will be shipping a few hundred at a time until all of the stock is shipped out. This is always such a nerve wracking process, every figure LIM releases, the team is always afraid that something will go wrong during this stage as we can't be at the factory overseeing every copy that is boxed and there's always that pesky thought in the back of our minds that people will hate it when they have it in hand even though we did our best on it. It reminds me of Naughty Dog's own experience with their game releases and how the entire studio is always terrified that their next game will be the one that shuts them down.
Sadly that's something we can't 100% control, we are in touch with the factory while they pack the figures and they must report any issues to us but there's a ton of people boxing thousands upon thousands of figures from several brands at the same time and there's always that chance one of them will forget an accessory or miss a defect on your copies. Even bigger companies like InArt can't escape from this.Exciting!!! Hope no quality issues! Otherwise expect some long novels from me haha fingers crossed!!!
NEEEEEEEED
I'm sure everything gonna be just fine! InArt is definitely getting a reputation for poor quality control. And poor customer service if you’re the unlucky one. Hot Toys or Damtoys may be a better example but I get your point.Sadly that's something we can't 100% control, we are in touch with the factory while they pack the figures and they must report any issues to us but there's a ton of people boxing thousands upon thousands of figures from several brands at the same time and there's always that chance one of them will forget an accessory or miss a defect on your copies. Funny you mention DAM, since both InArt and DamToys use the same factory. As always, QC mostly comes down to how good of a communication you have with the factory and actively working to minimize any problems as much as possible. LIM's recent releases and batches fortunately haven't had any big issues, in fact we've done a pretty good job of minimizing and outright eliminating problems we had with our old releases.InArt is definitely getting a reputation for poor quality control.
